Just for today I will live through this day only...
Haven't posted in a while, been busy. I do get to my meetings regularly, which is good. Helps me keep some perspective.
Yesterday we celebrated my daughter in law's birthday, and I cooked. I do most of the cooking these days for family get togethers. I bring the food to my parents because my mom can't come up to our house. That's fine, I don't mind.
What I don't understand is this knot in my stomach every time we do this. We try to get together once a month as a family, and it's always the same. I get this feeling of dread. And there's really no reason for that. I call it free-floating anxiety and impending doom.
